Baylor guard Jana Van Gytenbeek entered the 2024-25 season with high self-expectations.

She just finished up her second offseason with the program, vying to make a bigger impact in her sequel season in Waco. Through her first 17 minutes of action in the season-opener against Incarnate Word, she had already tallied 10 points and five assists.
