The stage was set: Big 12 Media Days at The Star in Frisco, Texas. 

Baylor football is coming off another lackluster season under head coach Dave Aranda. The third of its kind in the last four years, following the Big 12 Championship season in 2021.

This includes a 6-14 record against Power Four teams at home and minimal wins over meaningful opponents during that stretch.
