That's season. in some ways, that ed of the game is symbolic of the late season.

Proud of the Bears fighting back.

Yup. Great game but can't let them hang around like that and give up a wide open 3.

At least the seniors went down swinging and fighting. Getting blown out would have been embarrassing way to end good college careers

We scored too early. We can't lose that game in regulation if we shoot at the end of the shot clock. We are just not a smart team this year.

Dang, what a lucky bounce. Should've won that game, but that's been the story of the season.

Great job seniors for fighting back today, we'll miss you.

Wow - totally forgot about this game. Looks like it was a stinker. Crap season! Hopefully Drew can turn it around next year...

I disagree somewhat. As limited as Manu is creating shots off the dribble, he needed to take what he had, even if there was 5 seconds left.

Shocker. Yet, you knew exactly when it ended to come on here for one last (we all wish) shot.

Yeah, it was the right time to attack, there just wasn't much resistance so he scored quickly. Plus, with the way we get offensive boards, gotta leave time for that...

Not at all. Manu took the first available good look and made it. We didn't get anyone in front of the ball and you have to give them credit for making their shot. Both team played their offensive possessions perfectly.

Well, if you saw the Houston loss to Michigan, at least we sent someone to cover the throw-in.

Would've been nice to see one more game but without Clark, waaaay to lean to actually win this thing. Such a roller coaster. Down 18, up 9 late and lose on a 23 footer at the gun. Team has had problems all year finishing games so it only seems right to end the season this way.

This game is a perfect example of why we lost so many close games this year. And, no matter what anyone says, it is on the coaches. We were up by 9 with 3 minutes to play. What should we do? Use the whole clock and try to drive to the basket to create a foul or get a good shot. What do we do? We have our center take a wild 3 pointer with 15 seconds left on the clock and then other team comes down, scores, and gets fouled. We then proceed to turn it over because we cannot handle the press. I have seen this scenario over and over this year. We are just not disciplined. I am proud of the seniors for their effort, but they should have been coached better at the end of games.

On to next year. Go Lady Bears tonight.

This is how Aggy lost to Alabama in the SEC tournament almost exactly. Would've rather had the extra defender since this wasn't a home run ball scenario.

Perfect timing. Get the coaches bags packed.

100%. Game turned on a dime the moment Jo bricked that 3 with 15 on the clock. Tang was barking at Manu and Nuni for both passing on open looks immediately before. That's the second time Jo decided to take a 3 late in a game that completely switched momentum.

This. There are 2 or 3 players on the team that routinely make poor decisions at the end of a half or game. They make up for it in other ways but I'm interested in seeing how the team performs when we lose all of them next year. I would like to think that Scott Drew isn't telling his center he has the green light to take a 3 when up by 9 at the end of the game. But who knows.
