BREAKING: Baylor lands 2019 ATH Jonah White

Baylor has landed 2019 athlete Jonah White‍ of Merkel (TX) High School. White picked up his offer from the Bears back on Oct. 31. 

2019 BAYLOR FOOTBALL COMMITMENT LIST

White (6-0, 190) played a variety of roles in high school including quarterback his senior season. In his career White totaled 1,365 receiving yards, 3,289 rushing yards, and 893 passing yards with 60 career touchdowns.

As a senior, White passed for 893 yards and four scores, rushed for 2,611 yards and 34 touchdowns on 190 carries, and caught three passes for 81 yards and a score.

Very fast and athletic. He could play several positions.

He must be 'sneaky' fast cause the HUDL video doesn't show that. Unsure what class/division he is in since no one can tackle. He looks like safety/LB prospect with his thickness

Congrats to Rhule and co on putting together what is probably another top 30 class, when you account for the fact that this class is very small. Hopefully the res are 4*/5* OL, DL, LBs, and safeties.

Watching his tape, he seems very fast, large and slippery. Either he is over 6' or else everyone else is really just tiny.

2611 yards on 190 carries? That's close to 14yds/carry.

Ahhhh, NO, on the top 30 class. Those are gone for good I suspect. Can't promise immediate playing time any longer. So now they have to actually sell the WINNING program. Good luck with that.
