Going to have to bring their A game every night in the Big 12.
.500 in conference would be major accomplishment.

Drew didn't look particularly happy at the end of the game. Rightly so, I think.

Still, I think there's a lot of raw talent on this team. Just have to put it all together, get the chemistry worked out, and avoid simple, stupid mistakes. We're not there yet, but we could certainly be a tournament team if we keep moving in the right direction.

Seems like a good win, they played from behind for a large portion of the game. Team has a lot of scrappers - kept fighting until the end. Never give up, i like that.

I think it's important to remember that this was the first game all season we've played with our full allotment of players, and other than a couple of scrimmages, these guys have never played together as a team. In fact, the only ones who had shared the floor in a game before this season were McClure, Vital and Clark.

I greatly underestimated the challenge Drew faces developing chemistry and finding a rhythm with all the new faces we have this year. But I do think there's talent on this roster, and I look forward to watching it grow and develop this season. I don't know if we'll be any good in the long run or not. But even if this is just a developmental year, the experience will help us next year when we'll only lose McClure and Mason and will add some really nice pieces to the mix.
