We got away with one there towards the end with the hand rake but shoot the refs owed us a lot!

Bears found a way to win. Chloe got hot towards the end and Cox has improved so much.

Bears need more movement on offense next game. Hope Didi shoots better.

both teams were tired in the 4th... we stood around on offense, not alot of movement off the ball

Oregon girls missed 12 of their last 13 shots... fatigue played a role

Thought the refs were going find a way to give it away at the end. What a way to fight through it all.

I'd like to take a moment and congratulate six people who deserve a lot of credit for where this team is toady - and that is the parents of Kalani Brown, Lauren Cox, and Chloe Jackson. In reality EVERY single parent who has driven one of these girls to practice, played hoops with them in the driveway, taken off work to make sure they got to a Friday evening game at an AAU tournament and welcomed Coach Mulkey and her staff into their home for an in-home visit deserve a HUGE congrats from all the fans - this game and run has been just as much a result of their dedication and long nights as anything else.

Dumb question.....if you had a ticket to the Bu - Oregon game, do they make you leave when it's over or is you ticket good for both games?

Was too caught up and nervous during the game to check the thread, but WOW. That Oregon team was the real deal! Love the tenacity of this team, especially Juicy. She didn't have the best offensive game and got a little lost on defense in the first half but she came up big on defense at the end with some good blocks and rebounds. If her and Chloe can find their groove in the next game, neither UConn or Notre Dame will be able to stop us.

You definitely got away with one, but the first one, which should have been called, was when Sabrina shoved your girl backwards with her left hand. So, all fair and competent reffing, Oregon should have been called for an offensive foul which occurred before the defensive foul. The refs didn't exactly cover themselves with glory, but when do they ever?

Congratulations on the win. A lot of times the semi is the tough one, so good luck tomorrow night.

Go Bears!

What bawidaball said. I'm as happy for the parents as the kids. It was hard to watch the parents stressing through that game. Mulkey is magnificent. The crazier things got the calmer and more controlled she got. Can't remember loving a BU team more.

It's good for both games. We're still in our seats. Gonna watch a little bit of UConn/ND. I hope they beat the tar out of each other.

That was also a massive moving screen from start to finish, that basically shoved Juicy's hand into Ionescu. The Oregon screener never had her feet set, and literally hopped all the way through the play.

We were in Denver for the final 4 in 2012. I know we stayed for both semi-final games, and think we had ONE ticket good for both semi games plus ONE ticket for the final game. We sat in the same nosebleed seats for all 3 games.

When our game first started tonight, my husband commented about all of the empty seats. I told him that's because most of the UConn and Notre Dame fans were still out for dinner and didn't care about our game as much.

Keep in mind that 3 of the 4 teams playing in Tampa have GREEN as a primary school color!

Oregon went 12-32 from three. We were 0-3. A lot of other fans thought our lack of three point shooting would hurt us but we just don't need it. Not when we shoot 57% from inside the arc. Theee-pointers certainly kept it close for Oregon but not close enough. They only shot 36% from inside the arc which didn't help either. We're good at what works for us.

It also would have just given Oregon the ball out of bounds with a foul to give. Either way, the game was over down 4.

Anyone know where the video message from Trace Adkins was posted? I briefly noticed it this afternoon while I was at work, but figured I wanted to wait til I got home to enjoy it. Now I can't remember if it was on Twitter or Facebook. Anyone know?

In the end, Ionescu finished shooting 6-24 and 0-7 in the last quarter.

Yes we still win. They would have to inbound the ball running more time off the clock. We played very good down the stretch.

Yes, give refs points for consistency. Those Oregon moving screens hadn't been called all night. I like Oregon; we've played them in football and they were always a class act. But I did think they were doing moving screens (not set) and a fair amount of flopping tonight.
