The BUTT bowl has been really exciting over the last few years.  This may be the least enthusiastic either fan base has been coming into this game with Tech losing by 56 on the road and Baylor losing 4 straight.  What does Baylor need to do to beat Texas Tech.  How does Baylor repeat what Iowa State did to shut down Tech offensively (or at least slow them down)?
