Analyzing the Boise State vs Baylor match-up

Boise State is a name brand in college football and they knocked off a couple of P12 teams to start this year (Washington State and Oregon State).  But in racking up 10 wins, they only beat three teams with winning records (Washington State, BYU and New Mexico).  But of course, Baylor’s resume is not strong this year with only one victory over a winning team (Oklahoma State).  Boise is favored by 7.5.
