BREAKING: Baylor lands Houston Lamar S Trevon Lewis
Matt Rhule and Baylor have landed a commitment from Trevon Lewis (Houston Lamar).
Earlier this month, Lewis was named the Houston Defensive Player of the Year by the Touchdown Club in Houston. Lewis finished his season with 92 tackles, two returns for touchdowns, and a kick off return for a score.
The commitment of Lewis is the first of the Matt Rhule era and gives Baylor two pledges in Baylor's 2017 class along with Stafford athlete Jalen Pitre. Pitre will enroll at Baylor for the spring semester
Lewis also held an offer from Utah.
