MORGANTOWN, West Virginia — Baylor’s 26-4 record may be good enough to earn a No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament for the first time in school history.

But if the Bears play like they did in Saturday’s 76-64 loss at West Virginia, it won’t matter.

They’ll be done after the first weekend.

Or maybe the first game.
