Biggest recruiting battle lost over the past five years on offense & defense?

Offensively I have to go with offensive lineman Isaiah Hookfin‍ 2019 class. Not from a pure talent standpoint was that a big deal, but he was all but signed and delivered the morning of signing day before there was a bomb dropped on his recruitment.
