Senior running back John Lovett probably hasn’t earned the respect he deserves from Baylor fans. Why is that? After signing with the Bears out of New Jersey in 2017, Lovett has led Baylor in rushing in each of his three of his years on campus.

The numbers—310 carries, 1,673 yards, 16 touchdowns—aren’t eye-poppers by any means.
