The Gray Area: Dead period extended to Jan. 1

The recruiting dead period has been extended through Jan. 1 after being implemented in late March as the country shut down in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. For college football prospects, this means no in-person recruiting can be done which means no visits that include meeting with coaches  until the restrictions are lifted.
