We have doubled up SFA 16-8 with fairly uninspired play so far. It's still way too early, but I'm hopeful that we'll see a lot of a backcourt featuring Cryer, Flagler, and Mayer in the second half. Quick little glimpse into the future.

Yeah, our defensive rebounding has been really bad so far. Looked like a few of those were situations where everyone thought someone else would grab the board. The free throw miss that got knocked out of bounds sticks out in that regard.

We're making some plays here and there, but overall we don't look at all comfortable on the offensive end, plus on the defensive end SFA is getting to the rim too frequently. This team can just go off and blow the doors off of it at any time but it sure hasn't happened yet.

Outside of JTT, we seem to have a distinct lack of energy on the offensive end. Looks like most of our guys are just going through the motions tonight. Disappointing from a fans perspective, but I don't fault them for it (if that is indeed the case). Must be hard to get up for ASU, NOVA, & Gonzaga only to have the rug pulled out from underneath you.
