Baylor OC Jeff Grimes' history on the recruiting trail

Baylor hired its new offensive coordinator Jeff Grimes from BYU on Monday. This was a splash hire by Dave Aranda and one that should have a major impact not only on the field in 2021 but also on the recruiting trail going forward. Grimes has been instrumental in recruiting and developing the offensive line at every place he has been at.
