since I can't sit behind the KU bench and heckle in good fun, I had to get one parting shot in. I'm going to miss him after this year, he's been a worthy foe. Hopefully the Bears send him out on a 2-3 game losing streak.

KU will be without Thompson their top bench guy 17 minutes a game 5 PPG but more importantly one of KUs best defenders. Leaves them extremely thin on the bench. Hope we attack all night and draw fouls early and often.

Another aspect of tonight's game is that it will get Baylor to the 13-game threshold, which is what the NCAA (somewhat arbitrarily) set as the minimum number of games needed to participate in the postseason.

Not that we weren't going to get there eventually anyway, but it'll be nice to have that in the rearview and not have to worry about it down the stretch.

WOW! That's a huge loss. You are spot on. Hope we come out full attack mode tonight. Butler and Davion will be tough to stop if KU's D can't "out physical" them on the dribble drive due to foul trouble.

Baylor Nation is ready for ESPN Big Monday! Most college basketball experts think #2 Baylor will defeat #6 Kansas. Highest point spread with Baylor as the favorite all-time in this MBB series history. Kansas is about to find out just how tough Baylor is on defense before a national audience. I heard seating capacity at the Ferrell Center will increase to 50%. If true, then there should be 5,000 fans in attendance. This is going to be an intense exciting Big XII men's basketball game tonight. GO BEARS! BEAT THE JAYHAWKS IN WACO!

Florida St. blowing out Louisville and only 5 minutes left in gametime. Should be able to start on time in Waco and see the whole game instead of join in progress or switch to ESPNNews for the first 10 minutes.
