The Baylor Lady Bears are looking for a new coach for the first time in 21 years as former coach Kim Mulkey has taken her talents to Baton Rouge after a week of speculation.

Baylor was committed to paying for premier performance in all sports including as Mulkey received a salary of $3 million, proof of such commitment.
