Jared Butler posted one of the best freshman performances in Baylor basketball history in the team’s 78-70 loss to the Kansas Jayhawks at Allen Fieldhouse on Saturday afternoon.
Baylor (19-12; 10-8) falls to Kansas (23-8; 12-6) at Allen Fieldhouse 78-70. The Bears were without leading scorer Makai Mason. Jared Butler led the Bears with 31 points. The Bears play Iowa State Thursday at 11:30am in the Big12 tourney.
Baylor (19-11; 10-7) travels to Kansas (22-8; 11-6) Saturday March 9th at 1pm to try and get win #20 on the season. The game will be televised on ESPN.
