Great actor. A somewhat minor role for him was in a movie called Mr. Brooks. Excellent!
I also didn't know his politics which makes me like him even more!

I never could stand him until his hilarious part in "I Love You to Death."

His role in The Doctor was as impressive and poignant as the film itself. Ought to be shown to every medical and dental student and resident on an annual basis as part of orientation.
don't think he was the best of humans, from some stuff I've seen. But who knows, people change.
