My favorite BU reference in a movie was in Drive In from the mid 70's. Two really scuzzy looking guys driving a beat up '55 Chevy go to a drive in movie with a big Baylor Ex Student sticker on the windshield.

The best Baylor reference would have been "Fandango" had K. Reynolds not changed the setting from being about Baylor students to being about University of Texas students to keep Dad happy. It is rather clear that Baylor folks of that time had no clue about branding and getting your name intertwined into national pop culture etc. Not that "Fandango" was huge hit at the time. But it is one of those cult classics now as it seems nearly everyone in it became major stars down the road it seems.

LOL. I saw that too. I wondered if our famous poster Assasin was the director.
