What are you talking about? I stayed at the Grant Hotel this last weekend. It was fantastic!

I would say no. It was announced in 2019 and 3 years later even with all the other massive construction, hotel development, etc. that has gone on in Waco nothing has moved forward on this. I figured it was that way when they announced it. Just like the riverfront development projects that seemed to come up about 4 years until development actually started in the last year or so and the new arena announcement.
