Anyone here have one of these pizza ovens? We were given an Ooni but I think there a few brands out there. It is really nice and easy to use for more than just pizza but it takes some getting used to.
The one downside is that the food does get a little burnt on the side of the pan towards the fire, it cooks the food fast but doesn't really get it hot/cools fast, and that the size means even cooking two or three pizzas the first has cooled by the time the 3rd is ready and you sit down to eat.
But they are very versatile and so far we have cooked numerous things like pizzas, steaks, fish, veggies and deserts in there.
SO if you are using it what recipes do you have? Or tips/tricks for using it?
