I need something that will let me know ahead of time just what level of dumpsterfire I-35 is when I'm about to use it.

This is what make me look for an alternative to Waze. You have to fiddle with too much stuff just to get the basic info you want in a single touch, and I end up giving up because I gotta keep my eyes on the road and hands on the wheel. It's easier to just check Google maps or the localconditions site I referenced earlier, which even shows more specifics about obstructions.transmit5by9 said:
Waze does a fantastic job, but it almost has too much information for me. I find myself looking at the screen a little too much, which on I-35 can lead to problems. If someone's in the passenger seat to devote screen time safely, then you're good to go.
