I really liked the flashback to 1976..They have played together since the mid 60's, when JB was still in high school and was playing in the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band..Story goes they met at a music festival in Topanga, where Lindley was judging the banjo competition..The festival organizers made him judge because he kept winning it every year..Immediate friendship was struck, and all the rest is history..
So many of the original classic rock guys of the 60s & 70s are of the age they are no longer with us. Sad.
