Can anybody tell me if the United States allowing citizens to fly to Western Europe, specifically London Heathrow, and Capetown, South Africa?

My son is in Denmark for the month of January. He had his flight booked on British Airways but they cancelled due to the outbreak of the UK strain. He was able to get a flight on Scandanavian.Stranger said:

I haven't checked lately, but at one time flights were banned out of Healthrow, so I'd be careful about flying into there.
