According to Pro Football Focus, the 27-year-old defender's defense (65.3) and tackling (40.1) grades were his lowest efforts since his rookie campaign, while his 60.7 pass rush grade was the worst mark of his four-year run.

It kinda looks like Solomon Thomas and Gholston are a reasonably even swap, just a different NY team

Winning by cheating is just as impressive as winning fairly, probably even more so. Your opponent was better than you in every way, and you beat them with your brain.

As a Cowboy fan, I am not all offended by what DeMarcus Lawrence said. Let's be honest with ourselves. I was 20 the last time the Dallas Cowboys won a Super Bowl. I turn 50 this year, That means January 2026 will mark 30 years that the Cowboys haven't been to a Super Bowl or even an NFC Championship game. It means if you're 29 years old, the Cowboys haven't sniffed the Super Bowl in your entire lifetime. By the time I was 20, the Cowboys won four Super Bowls during my lifetime. When I picked up that copy of the Dallas Morning News outside the SUB on January 29, 1996, I never thought there would be a 30 year drought thereafter.

And that was Super Bowl XXX

Super Bowl LX is scheduled for February 8, 2026, so Dallas will hit the 30 year mark with no Lombardis during that time.

And by the way, the Cowboys currently have the worst odds of winning the Super Bowl this season,

I get Demarcus Lawrence. At some point, you want to win trophies rather than be some rich man's toy.

The worst part about this whole fiasco is that everything will remain the same until someone - anyone - can get the Jones family to sell the franchise.

But Seattle? The Seahawks odds to win the Super Bowl are +6600.

It's truly a hopeless and defeating feeling. All teams go through down periods....but this is something different. The Jones family truly seems only focused on entertainment and making money...and not on winning.

This is the most apathetic I've ever felt toward the team and I've been following them since the early 80s. It doubly sucks if you also happen to be a Mavs fan.

I guess at least the Rangers still seem committed to building a winning team and culture. The Stars too...although I have a hard time getting into hockey until the playoffs start.

Unfortunately… Jerry has got us to the point where there aren't many franchises we can look down on anymore.

Since 1996 the Cowboys are 0-7 in Divison round playoff games and the Jaguars are 3-3.

but they were 4-13 in 2024 with little hope for next year, with a new GM and HC. Not an upgrade whatsoever

With Ashton possibly out of the picture, WR2 really comes into play. Also OL.

You either need a RG or a C depending on where you want to play Beebe. The good news is you don't have to draft either day one but I do think you need to get another pick in the top 100 somehow.

Had a couple of shots at them but went elsewhere

Would love Broughton to be there that late, he has some upside plus 39 tackles (24 solo), four sacks, two pass breakups, two forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries this past season. Would be a nice get in the 7th
