We should lose vs Commanders, if so, I expect Indy to win via Jacksonville, San Fran vs Arizona is a tossup. The best we could do is 11. If we blow it and win, we could drop all the way to 16 (Arizona would have the same SOS, if they lose. We might end at 17 depending on tie breakers and other teams final, but that is the worst)

In retrospect for this year, we never should have signed Dak to that massive deal. If he had played well and stood upright, he would have gotten the same thing from us at the end of the year here or elsewhere, however since he didn't stay upright, a medical based contract would be substantially less.

Zeke was a disaster.

Got some play from our rookies, but I don't think any of them had a super great impact. Overshown would have I think (technically a 2nd year guy but we never saw him last year) but he is a HUGE medical risk. This years LVE. sd

Taylor Guyton is a holding machine. Waaaay to many penalties early this year. Inactive today. Beebe had some solid moments. Lifau at LB had some great moments as did TE Brevyn Spann-Ford. He is a BIG TE. Marshawn Kneeland is kinda an unknown as he is out medical. CB Carson got whupped several times and had some big penalties

ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported on Thursday that McCarthy would likely have interest in the Chicago Bears' job if he does end up leaving Dallas.
The Bears are one of three teams that currently have a coaching vacancy, along with the New York Jets and New Orleans Saints. Other jobs that could become available include the Las Vegas Raiders, Jacksonville Jaguars and New York Giants.
There's no indication from Russini's report which candidates the Cowboys are doing background work on. Not sure why Cincy mattered. We would have had the same record if we won and they lost, but our SOS was much higher. Atlanta was about the same as our SOS, same situation, we would have to win and they lose.
