3/4's the truth. 1/4 is solidly the absolute worst fan base in Texas.

I get that UT is easily the most hated program within the state but when will fans get over beating UT as accomplishing something exceptional? They have been a has been program for years and look to continue.

I'd say even if 36 was going around shouldering and pushing tech fans they should not engage or escalate the highly emotional situation.

36 is on film. They will take care of him. No need to compound it.

Hard to show restraint in that environment...

I'd see him all the time on the concourse at the football games (he's hard to miss). Can't remember the last time I saw him though, may have been a year ago or maybe 3

Apparently the SMU fans were just as bad.

I went to Lubbock once for a ball game in college. It was Tech vs A&M and my Aggie buddies had to be escorted to the designated aggy section by police bc they feared they would be jumped, assaulted or have things thrown at them. This was about 15 minutes before kickoff. I also saw about 6-7 fights throughout the weekend. That was my first and last time back to that ****hole.

Stuff like this is why I don't enjoy traveling to away games in any fashion. I felt like I was going to be knifed at Chavez Ravine for the 17 World Series…it's just not worth it anymore.

It's only an issue if people act like dip****s. Unfortunately, there's always one or two who ruin the fun for everyone else.

Texas Tech has awful fans and has for the last 20 years. Probably because they have never won anything. When you are debating the best team in school history and your choices are the 1976 Bluebonnet team or the 2008 Cotton Bowl team, you know you suck.

There is a good reason why the SEC fines the crap out of schools that have people storm the field/court after games. People don't need to be on the field after a gay.
