I am a Falcons fan for life and I will always love Prime and proudly wear the worn out jersey representing the best CB of all time.

But there's nothing about this year at CU football that was not predictable. And the next year will be the same. Shedeur is a day 3 draft pick this year or next year, doesn't matter if he stays or defers. Shiloh is a day 2 DB especially if he stays in D1 another year. And Deion is outta there like he's on fire the second Shedeur is drafted.

Deion, Like AOC, inexplicably hasn't been heard from in months.

We learned two things this season;
1. Person over player makes for some depressing bad football(BU).

He'll get drafted for sure. Nobody will take him day 1 but his dad is Prime.
Remember Trey Lance? Of course not. Nobody does. But his agent was CAA, same as Beyonc, Tom Hanks, Jelly Roll, Keith Urban, Stevie Wonder. Lance sucks and he went first round.

Prime ain't go to Florida State to play school.

The mid level kids commit to their school because the vast majority of student athletes who want to play in college aren't stars. So they hear the "broken leg" speech from their Hs coaches and their parents and they choose a school they're content to attend even if they get cut or hurt or can't play. That's "student athlete".

But the top 10% of athletes commit to a coach. That's why Caleb Williams is at USC. That's why Xavier Worthy is at Texas. That's why Maalik Murphy chose Texas over guaranteed earlier starting roles elsewhere. It's why Travis Hunter chose Colorado. Coaches train and develop but they are also the conduit through which the best players make it to the NFL.

Point of my too long post is this, Who is committing to Dave Aranda for 2024 or 2025?
It ain't 2 or 3 star prospects. It's FCS and D2 kids that dream of playing D1.
