Ten Things Vs. Utah

Baylor lost unexpectedly in the first game of the year and #12 Utah is coming to town. Can the Bears fight back or even win the game? Here are at least ten things that stood out during the game

1. What a difference a week makes with the tenacity on defense. Several freshmen are getting plenty of run in the secondary and defensive line and the pressure in the first quarter is a 180 from last week.
2. Alvin Ebosele‍ is getting his first start and looks the part at left tackle, giving Sawyer Robertson‍ time in the pocket and opening holes for Richardson and Reese. 
3. Baylor leads for the first time this season because if you can’t trust Hankins, who can you trust?
4. Despite the tenacity and physical play ramping up, the missed tackles continue to plague the defense
5. Robertson is starting to get the offense and game speed down
6. The heat appears to be getting to Utah later in the first half. Will that continue in the second half?

8. Great to start the second half to get points, but feel there are 10+ left on the field at this time of the game
