Ok, why can't Baylor play D??? Can't we hire a competent D Coord and recruit to that D? I don't get it. D is all mind-set, desire and reaction. There aren't coaches and players that we can recruit? Even under Briles we couldn't stop anyone. Who is the meanest SOB DC in D2, bring him in...

We had top top-10 defenses in 2019 and 2021. It just requires recruiting and developing players to a consistent/coherent scheme.

Jesus Christ you think every qB we play is the 2nd coming of Joe Montana. Morton ducking sucks. It just so happens that our defense is historically bad. Which is hilarious considering our coach is defensive minded

Behren Morton was a four-star recruit out of high school. His skill set is elite. It has nothing to do with what he's doing tonight. The guy is a great athlete with a cannon for an arm.

Our defense blows. Behren Morton is going to be really good. Both things can be true independent of each other.
