You can tell Aranda is so f ucking sick and tired of Grimes and the complete lack of an offense. He basically said it all in those halftime comments. Clearly we won't fire him, but he needs to completely clean house.
If Aranda carries that kind of passion and demeanor into the half, as he did with sideline person, NO WONDER we suck! God, that was awful!
I'm paying $11 a month to be able to watch this shxt.

Grimes is not a good coordinator, but he is not the reason our program has been brought down to its knees. Aranda needs to go. There is absolutely no excuse left. Every excuse that could be made has been made
Can Aranda come up with anything to say other than, "We were good in practice"? Anything, please!

This is so hard to watch and depressing
If Aranda is here at the end of this season (and I fully expect him to be), I won't accept any other explanation other than Baylor just doesn't have the money either by itself or donors. Otherwise, there is now way you walk this poor product on the field next year and expect to sell tickets. It all starts with him and he looks 100% lost.

I hope to be wrong but I would advise y'all to be prepared to be underwhelmed with his next up, if Rhoades is still AD.
On the field exit interview at halftime by ESPN Aranda stated that Baylor "needs to score points to win".

Change has to be made. With the exception of the second half of the UCF game, we have regressed each week. We are moving in the wrong direction, with no signs of a turnaround.

That's exactly what the case is. I've heard from a couple people in the know that Mack tossed the idea of firing Dave to some of the big money folks, and they weren't interested. All of the big donor money got thrown into the basketball arena and the fudge center.
Best thing to do is to stop watching, stop paying for tickets, stop paying for ESPN plus, stop buying merchandise and find a new hobby on Saturdays in the fall and winter
Both need to go. I have no confidence in him finding anyone, but of course he'd pass it off by creating a committee and have the committee recommend who he wants to be hired.

He basically insinuated their energy gets killed by the lack of execution on offense. The defense hasn't played poorly today. Honestly, it's hard to be any good on defense when you are on the field 70% of the game. We just absolutely suck nuts on offense. Like worse than 2017 and Steele era bad this year.

I'm sure a lot of good will was likely killed when the school railroaded and pinned institutional failures on their most successful head coach in program history. Baylor has always wanted a preacher and not a coach.

I don't know any big money folks personally, but I have no doubt that you're correct. If I was filthy rich, I'm not sure I'd be willing to give money to the current administration.
