I think that's a good hire, but in the age of NIL I'm not sure I understand wanting a lower tier job in that conference. In the past, it didn't matter as you could win big over time or just win well and move up. Now, can they keep anyone from leaving for half their own conference at the end of the year. I don't know how you build momentum.
