Sounds like a nice compliment to our new OL Coach from Michigan State when he says he thinks he can be developed into an NFL lineman here.

If it comes down to an NIL bidding war with Aggy we will likely be outgunned though. It's a good sign that he's coming for a visit though.

I showed him a few yell practice and boot sliding videos and he quickly changed his mind.

This was back in the day when A&M was actually not so weird (my Dad graduated in '32 and it was totally legit and of course everyone was in the corps), but in high school I wanted to be a meteorologist. At the time the only options within how far I wanted to get away from home were UT, A&M and OU.............I didn't become a meteorologist.

I actually did go to A&M grad school for one semester in computer science (had to be either UT or A&M - nobody else had it....was the early days of computer science) as I was waiting for my Navy OCS class to come around. Of course my future wife lived in Temple, so that had a lot to do with it. Grad school at that time (1971) there was OK. You were insolated from the idiocy....and even then the idiocy was nowhere where it is today.
