I don't know if it's really any different than taking a guy who had been established as a key member of the staff for years. They needed a coach, they hired one. The good ones are working for somebody, he was working for Baylor. I think Baylor did about the same thing in hiring one of their new coaches. That's the way football go.Doc Holliday said:

It may even be better losing a guy who isn't so ingrained with strong relationships with players here already. So it's kind of a wash, to me. You gotta get coaches somewhere.
