The problem with having 80 acres is that you have to keep up 80 acres. I did plenty of work on both of my grandparents' farms while I was growing up to know that I don't want to do it.

Well, gray, shiplap and farmhouse sinks may not suit everyone's fancy, plus it is in the country, ie, rustic.

Whoever buys it will probably be able to afford a major remodel if they wish.

Anyone looking for a house in the middle of nowhere probably expects a whole lot more acreage and a lot less house. Rather have 300 acres and 3500 sq ft house.

You are right about that. While I disdain farm work as I posted early, I enjoy hunting. 80 acres really isn't enough for that.

Anyone that has that kind of money is going to do 1 of 2 things.

1. a full remodel
2. Bulldoze and build a custom house if the properly is in a highly desirable area i.e. Beverly Hills, Malibu, Laguna Beach, Manhattan etc.

Since this house is in Stillwater, #2 won't apply.

No one is going to buy that large a home at that price then bulldoze. There might even be some rich person who likes it just as it is.

Are these coaches even home that much to enjoy a house lol

If you have money for an $8 million house, something tells me you have money for a ranch hand crew.

100K per acre seems absolutely outrageous. When looking at land in Texas I nix anything over 8K/acre.

That's a good point.
