D has some holes as the game goes on. Hence my Aranda comment earlier. Even JJ isn't that impressed, calling it "basic".

Not even close and I got to the game late. Damn near entire 3rd row was empty or had scattered purple. I let in thr 3rd. Crazy that some of the Tarleton state fans expected to win

"Basic" isn't a criticism of the defense's play, it's a commentary on the game plan.

We've been really vanilla on both sides of the ball tonight, especially in the second half.

But Tarleton is averaging 3.3 yards per play tonight. That's excellent by any standard.

Dave Aranda's defenses are anything but vanilla, generally.

I think this is a game we expected to win big, and we are. There's no reason to show Utah and Air Force anything if you don't have to.

I'm pretty pleased with our pass blocking tonight. Both QBs have had pretty clean pockets to throw from, which is not something we could say at any point last year.

I think there's a good chance Robertson will become the starter sometime this year, but Finn will at least be given until the Colorado game

Fans are hilarious...one of the Finn interceptions JJ Joe said Dallas Baker lit into Baldwin for either cutting his route short or not doing enough to prevent the pick..

He ain't getting benched next week.

Finn will look better once we're running our full offense. But we're blessed with a quality second quarterback. If we need to go to Sawyer at some point, he'll be up to that task.
