Take out the two flaws (fumble inside our 10 and a blocked FG and its a very different game. With the fumble, #79 did nothing to stop the rushing defenseman who went totally unchecked, blocked or even touched to hit Finn and there goes the ball. With the blocked FG, the center did not stand up so the rushing defenseman simply leaped over him and had a clear shot at the ball. Take off those 13 points from those two events and it is a very different outcome ... possibly.

True. But take out Cam Rising's fluke injury of being knocked out of the game by his collision with our Gatorade Cooler and it's a very different game.

Rising just didn't look that impressive to me. Just 10 offensive points playing almost an entire half. They had the ball most of the time because our offense sucked. Only TD drive the whole game was aided by great field position.

I used to work for Admiral CL which was absorbed by Royal Caribbean. Went out of NYC to Bermuda or up the Hudson to West Point a few times. Loved my cruising days!

Derek Lagway's kid DJ just missed getting a start against the Aggies, for Florida. Graham Mertz, a redshirt senior, missed last week's game with a concussion suffered in the season-opening 41-17 home loss to Miami. Lagway filled in for Mertz and passed for 456 yards and three touchdowns in a 45-7 rout of FCS foe Samford. Lagway broke the school record for single-game passing yards by a freshman, topping Chris Leak's 268 against Kentucky in 2003.

I believe the staff is realizing that they whiffed on Finn and hope that Sawyer can lead us moving forward. Hope we have some good NIL money being poured into OL & DL.

I get the infatuation with Finn. He was the MAC (?) MVP last year. Even thought it's minor league, it still takes some doing to be MVP. He's fast, big and strong - but he has some of the worst habits I've seen for someone that has started soooo many games. He has no clue how to run the option. Not sure if it was poor coaching or simply habits he couldnt break

What did he run at Toledo? Having the physical tools to run the option and being able to run it are far different things. Some of those AF or SMU QBs couldn't play D2,0but in the option are God's.
