Watching Vandy keep this close reminds me of what we currently lack:

1. Intelligent offensive play calling. Everything this offense does seems to have a reason and is well thought out. We don't have that.

2. Motivation-seems that the intelligent play calling coincides with the ability of the coach to motivate his players effectively.

I still think Alabama wins by a touchdown or 2, but my point stands.


Baylor is missing these 2 things.
