I love good Texas barbecue, but I'm a fan of pulled pork with a vinegar-based sauce, too.

My buddy from Georgia used to smoke a pork shoulder or butt every time he'd have a party, and I'd eat my weight in the stuff.

Missouri barbecue is the one I'd say is way overrated. Otherwise, I've liked most regional barbecue specialties.

Good for him.

Although I think he has room to grow still at ISU and could compete for conference titles in the future. But I would not be sad to see him go and remove a tough coach from our way.

As a Bears fan, I would not be thrilled to have to listen to his Buffalo Bill from "Silence of the Lambs"-sounding ass more than once a year.

Pete Carroll has also interviewed for the Chicago Bears' job. I would be somewhat amazed if he wouldn't be the top candidate of the candidates I have heard for that job. But NFL owners are weird and it's their money, most of them owe no fiduciary type duty to anyone so who knows.
