Baylor hosts Oklahoma State for Homecoming and here are at least ten things which stood out during the game.
- Love the aggressiveness early, but not the delayed action which resulted in a free blitzer
- Broken coverage with a safety going to the sideline with the corner and leaving a wide open receiver and the defense holds OSU to a field goal
- Can’t lose Snaxx and Washington
- Robertson still has a tendency to throw the ball up for grabs and Baylor doesn’t have a chance to take the lead due to it. Baylor has to get the protection fixed on 3rd and short
- Baylor has asserted it’s will on OSU’s defense early with the run game from Washington and now Pendergrass and finally gets in the end zone with a great snag from Hal Presley
- And the old effort play rears it’s head on the defense with Presley for OSU out efforting the entire secondary
- No...... get up Sawyer
- Hate to give up a touchdown late to go into half tied. Need a stop to start the half
- Matt Jones has been a man possessed the past two games. Aranda simplifiying the calls and allowing him to attack has been a difference on defense
- The refs must have placed an over under on how many times they could get on TV
- Randolph looks to have gotten a stinger early in the 3rd quarter
- Hawkins with another amazing grab over great coverage for a TD. Baylor needs a stop and score and I could see a quit creep into OSU
- Game turning into a who has the ball last type of game with a 4 point spread
- What a kick in the shin on the holding call, but Robertson turning on the jets to put the Bears up by 11 two plays later made the pain go away
- And with 4:51 to go in the game, Baylor has a 3 point lead and needs to run clock on the ground or just go score since OSU will be crashing the line of scrimmage
- PENDERGRASS!!!!!
- Never knew 4-4 would feel good again
