Are we favored? I think we take this one. Game means more to us than them.

We ***** about our program a lot around here.. but that's 12 bowls in last 15 years.. that's pretty good.
Also, Baylor was terrible in the late 60's/early 70's right before Teaff started. Kevin Steele bad.Bologna said:
Gotta say a 3-8 record against them when 7 of those games have been in Baton Rouge and 1 in Waco isn't as terrible as sounds.
That 1908 game sure was an embarrassment.boognish_bear said:
Probably had something to do with Bill Beall needing to pay for all our green paint of which we upgraded the program (sarcasm). (You had to be at Baylor during that time to understand the green paint thing.)PartyBear said:
Why in the world did we play them 3 years in a row in Baton Rouge starting in 68?

I'm guessing someone on here was involved in this. It was near the the end of the 85 Liberty Bowl, 2-3 guys were walking the bottom row of the stadium with a sign showing to the cameras. It said LSU. As soon as the camera showed it, the L folded in a and an X unfolded from the back.
LSU
SUX
Here is a quick replay of the game

The totals include all of the CFP games. The first search I did showed 43 bowl games, which would be 86 teams, although not 86 different teams.johnnychimpo said:jikespingleton said:70 teams participated in bowls in 2010Stefano DiMera said:

82 teams in bowl games this year. Amount of bowl teams unchanged from last year. 41 bowl games this year and although the 4 teams who lose out on opening playoff round will not play in a bowl game by name 4 teams who play in quarterfinal and semi final bowl games (2 bowl games for each of those teams) makes it wash. If 86 teams went to bowls APRs would have come into play this year and they didn't.

Not sure what happened back in the leather helmet days, LSU must've had a team of 28 year old men playing BU's 19 year old kids.
We are in big trouble if she suits up and plays!!boognish_bear said:

We may be visitors, but LSU usually wears white at home.boognish_bear said:We'll see you in Houston on New Year's Eve for @BUFootball vs. LSU! 🤠

So maybe we will still be in green.
Any chance of something like green chrome helmets?
