I thought the Texans played a great game except for a couple of stupid penalties when near the goal line.

Meanwhile Daniels shredded the Lions but I understand the Lions were hurting in the secondary due to injuries. Still, that was a QB show.

Just hope that someone can beat the Redskins.

I always liked the Chiefs, too, and Mahomes. But I don't like the NFL installing a cheat code for them. They don't deserve to be carried all the way to the Superbowl.

Houston was the first team to out gain their opponent by over 100 yards, have ZERO turnovers, and lose a dang playoff game. Chiefs get the calls. I guess the NFL really values these new Swifty fans

In every sport, the best players get the calls and the benefit of the doubt. Rinaldo in soccer, Jordan/Kobe/Lebron/many others in basketball, Brady/Mahomes/many others in football. Every sport has its super star that gets favorable calls. The NFL is loving the additional viewership from Swiftys, but I think Mahomes would have still gotten those favorable calls on Saturday even without the Taylor Swift influence. It just sucks for opposing fans, but it's the nature of the beast. 6 years ago the Chiefs were more or less a joke and now they are one of the most hated franchises. It's funny what winning does.

The Chiefs are now what the Brady lead Patriots were. And I would argue they get even more favorable calls than Brady's teams. When you go to Arrowhead you better be 10-14 points better than KC because the Chiefs are getting every single important call that's made.

I think that the Chiefs being a dynasty is very good for the NFL's bottom line. They are by far the most marketable team in the NFL.

As to that game - the Texans probably could have won, but they needed to play a perfect game, and they didn't. I think they hit their ceiling in the divisional round with their fairly poor offensive line and the fact that they are missing their number two and number three receivers
