Funny I thought he was awesome in college considering is offensive line was always somewhere between medium and bad. Against Baylor he was running for his life and had like 300 plus yards. I think he might be a star but who knows until he faces live bullets.
Being able to put up yards on our defense last year is not a good indicator of future NFL success IMO
I don't know dude. I'm not saying the same thing about Josh Hoover. But shadeur was impossible to tackle and fearless in the pocket and made all kinds of crazy throws. Under pressure. I came out of that game thinking he will be an nfl quarterback. Number one separator for nfl quarterbacks is making that same through when the killing machine is bearing down on you and shadeir seems to have that.
Poise and mastering your offensive system can make a good QB with lesser physical talent a great QB, and while he doesn't have a cannon for an arm, he is on time and on target more times than not. I'm sure the Colts would trade a 5th round Shedeur over the 4th pick overall in Anthony Richardson.
You're saying that the Colts would trade Anthony Richardson for Sanders right now? Na. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Sanders looked pretty good in this game. A game where he was playing against future practice squad players and guys that will be working regular 8 to 5 jobs in a few weeks. I would like to see how his style of play would work against legit NFL talent think Micah Parsons or Will Anderson Jr bearing down on you

I watched Richardson not know what to do against those same future practice squad players on Thursday in year 3 and ending up injuring himself. He is a bust. In fact he is so bad they went out and got Daniel Jones. Will sanders be all pro, no clue. Do I think he is a more competent pro quarterback than Anthony Richardson ...yes

I don't really use any social media, so I'm not sure if I can post the links, but Sanders just recently had a couple very awkward interactions. One with the Browns GM on the sidelines during a game where it sounds like he's drunk, and one where he refused to give an autograph to a little girl where he said it "wasn't a good look to be signing autographs" while he was just milling around before the game. Very weird stuff
Browns GM Andrew Berry said this to Shedeur Sanders after his first NFL Game:

He's right on the autograph. Not a good look to be a star while not a starter.

Heartbreaking: Browns star rookie QB Shedeur Sanders has gone viral for REFUSING to sign an autograph for a young kid before his first game.

There’s a time and a place… Shedeur Sanders signs autographs and interact with kids all the time…. selective outrage for no reason #ShedeurSanders https://t.co/OJQhRcJIFp pic.twitter.com/b39tu4hNur

I don't know who Tony Rizzo is, but running the scout them doesn't do much to help a qb learn their system. A practice squad guy may be more likely to do that. He's probably getting 3rd team reps, though they usually are not abundant. Lots of drills and stuff to improve physical things, and mental reps on the white board.
Just spitballing, but man, they just don't want to give up the clickbait. Nothing really to see.
I predict Shedeur will get some NFL game reps this season at some point after a couple of injuries, assuming the Browns wind up out of any sort of contention. But Dillon will get first shot if he's healthy.
One of the strangest things I've ever seen from a player https://t.co/mn7y5PVvsd

Shedeur has the talent to succeed, but he's sabotaging himself with an ego he can't keep in check.
