That honestly feels about right. I could reasonably see us being anywhere from 24-30 to start the season in AP. Not that AP means anything other than for perception early in the season. But I think that's a realistic expectation. Would expect us to end the season somewhere between 18-25 in CFP, which I think would be a success considering how much backsliding we did since championship szn.

I know these preseason polls are notoriously inaccurate… but I do like seeing Baylor garner some respect as a program from one of the better voices out there in college football land.

Not sure I agree with being ranked below Iowa State, Kansas State, BYU and AZ state.

I believe we will finish higher than a couple of those at least.

Did I miss it? All of the programs that are 40 million dollar programs according to Cignetti are in the top 25 except the one in Lubbock?

That said no one's top 25 is that meaningful. Just a funny observation.
