The SicEm365 Staff gives their predictions for Baylor’s (5-5, 3-4) matchup against Arizona (7-3, 4-3). Kickoff is set for noon CT on Saturday, Nov. 22, at Arizona Stadium in Tucson, Arizona. The game will be nationally televised on TNT.

  • Spread: Arizona (-6.5)
  • O/U: 62.5
  • Moneyline: Arizona (-240), Baylor (+200)

Colt Barber (7-3) — Arizona 35, Baylor 32

Unfortunately, there is no way I’m picking Baylor against a hot Arizona team. Arizona isn’t that good, but they have a QB who will run around and make plays and an explosive running back, and a solid defense. Too much balance for Baylor to overcome.

Ashley Hodge (5-5) — Arizona 38, Baylor 21

This one is feeling like the Cincinnati game to me. Arizona has been playing some sneaky good football lately. I’m not expecting a good outcome for the Bears.

Grayson Grundhoefer (5-5) — Arizona 38, Baylor 30

Does anyone else feel like this is a let-down spot for Arizona? A huge win over Cincy this past week and a rivalry matchup against Arizona State coming next week make me think they won’t play to the level they have been. Unfortunately, I can’t pick Baylor in any games going forward because they feel like a team that might hit a tailspin to end the year. If they win this week, then maybe I will feel different next weekend, but I think they come up short again.

Jack Mackenzie (7-3) — Arizona 38, Baylor 28

I think this could be a neck-and-neck game where Baylor’s offense keeps them in it until the defense fails one or two times in the second half and the Wildcats get some breathing room. I just don’t see the Bears getting the road win here, despite Aranda having a better track record on the road.

Levi Caraway (7-3) — Arizona 35, Baylor 24

Arizona has had an impressive turnaround after heavily leaning into the portal this offseason; hopefully, Baylor takes some notes as it heads into 2026. The Wildcats have flaws, but quarterback Noah Fifita has all day to throw and picks apart Baylor’s defense.

Sam Bradshaw (8-2) — Arizona 37, Baylor 27

Baylor has enough talent to win this game, but between the defensive issues we’ve seen all year and the amount this defense forces the issue, Baylor will make some plays, but Arizona likely pulls away.

And if .. perchance ... the Bears win ... how many of you "prognosticators" will offer your ... surprise and astonishment? That will take some balls to do that. Have any?

Unanimous. And Ashley's prediction record has been improving the last few weeks.

5-6. Hopefully we find an AD soon who can pull Dave's. Trigger out, soon.

And if they lose will you have the balls to call this team what it truly is?

So Livingstone won't fire Aranda.

Nothing says we can't just leave him in Arizona.
That which does not kill me, will try again and get nastier

I have a sneaking suspicion that with all of this uproar over keeping Aranda, we manage to put together a solid game for a change and walk out of Tuscon with a win this afternoon.

Bears: 38
Wildcats: 27

I thought they came out pretty fired up in previous games as well, but schiff happens.

I want to see good scheming, good decision making, good game management, good adjustments, for four quarters. And not just by the opponent.

Kinda looking like they may have all under-predicted the scoring.
