At this point I expect them to replace Nokes and Pow (as Safeties coach) but I think Dave stays as the acting/playcalling DC, or Paul Gonzales gets promoted.
But if we're hiring from outside and want to bring in a new guy for the DC role, in this weird year coming up...I'd go with Chris O'Leary if we can get him to come - young guy with a bright future, and his positional specialty is Safeties...
