That's why Cowboys suck.
They coulda had Vrabel couple years ago . Or Ben Johnson last year but didn't want to pay the $10 million price tag.
So they have Schottenheimer who makes less than IU quarterback Josh Hoover.

It still wouldnt matter as long as Jerry makes the personnel decisions and wont let a coach hire his own dc.

The only way the Cowboys are going to be consistently good is for the fans to stop spending money on the terrible product. Jones rips off fans who continue to buy tickets, team crap, etc.
The only thing that motivates Jones is money, so it's up to the fans to stop enabling his insanity.
He might step back if it impacted his bottom line.

Yet there are posters here who still support them. What is so much different between supporting Jerry Jones and supporting Baylor admin? Neither are being successful. How does anyone justify supporting Jerry Jones and his team, especially since he has all the money in the world to fix the problem?
