The fact that we have to pound our chest about having the number 14 or whatever women's basketball team is kind of a sign in and of itself of how far athletics at Baylor has fallen in the last five years

As Baylor alumni and/or Baylor sports fans - we should all care.

Women's basketball has but a fraction of the relevance of MBB, and is nothing compared to Football...at least regarding both TV viewership and revenue generated.

We should be proud of this team because they're playing great ball and further they can do nothing about the way they're ranked other than to keep winning, which they are doing.

But the confederacy of dunces that post most often to this site are all angry, bitter people who can't find any of the joy or positives in life, it would seem.

I shouldn't take such pleasure in baiting them, but sadly I do.
