Congratulations to former President Garland. I can't think of anyone more deserving of the annual "We Are Not An Institution Of Football" Award than the man who coined the phrase.

I'll give you that point.

There should be no confusion on why he took this job. He doesn't appear to be the money type. He was asked why and literally answered this question under testimony. He owed the BOR and was indebted to them for naming the building after his wife. Again, this was known by the BOr, his pick was not accidental, his cooperation was guaranteed in advance.

He may be a nice man, but he was the wrong man for this job. Unless you were the bor.

I should say too, that should it turn out that the PH attorneys (they are now part of another firm) are the ones hired to audit the implementation of the recommendations; and if they find they have been implemented, then my previous point regarding Garland's leadership failure (that point specifically) would be moot.
